Need help with Durak? Email support at:

How long a reply takes. Durak is made by one person, so please allow up to two weeks for a response. Requests about your personal data — a copy of it, a correction, or deletion — are answered within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy, and usually sooner.

Durak is a free card game with no ads. Offline play needs no account. Online multiplayer is optional and can be played as a guest or with a free account. It offers optional cosmetic theme packs as one-time in-app purchases; separate cosmetic themes can be earned for free through achievements, and purchases never affect gameplay.

When contacting support, include:

Online Rating

Rated online games change a public rating calculated on the server from the result of the match. A game is rated only when it is a public room of two to six verified accounts with no bots. Private games, games with bots, and games with a guest at the table are never rated — the room shows Rated or Unranked before the game starts, with the reason.

Every player’s rating starts at 1000. A win takes points from the player who finished as the Durak and gives them to everyone else, so a rated match always balances to zero. A very one-sided win can be worth zero points; that is normal and the game still counted.

If a rating looks wrong, email support within one week of the match with your username and roughly when it was played. Match records become eligible for automatic deletion seven days after the server writes them; physical deletion can occur later. Contact us promptly because those records may no longer be available when we investigate. A delayed deletion is not an extended support or record-availability guarantee.

Restoring Purchases

Durak checks the App Store or Google Play for packs you own each time it starts. If a pack is still missing after you reinstall Durak or set up a new device, open the Store tab and tap Restore Purchases. This re-reads your purchases and re-unlocks any cosmetic packs you own, using the same store account you bought them with.

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. For billing or refund requests, use the App Store or Google Play purchase history for your account. If a restored pack does not appear, confirm you are signed in to the store account used for the original purchase, then try Restore Purchases again.

Purchases restore only on the platform you bought them on. A pack bought through the App Store restores on your other Apple devices, and a pack bought through Google Play restores on your other Android devices — but a purchase made on one platform cannot be restored on the other. This is deliberate for this version: Durak keeps a local record of unlocked packs, but has no server purchase or cross-platform receipt ledger. Apple and Google provide purchase restoration through their respective stores. If you move to the other platform you would need to buy the pack again there.

Paid packs are cosmetic only — card art, card backs and the table — so this never affects how the game plays, what you can do, or your stats and ratings. A confirmed purchase or restore also unlocks the on-device “Supporting the Cause” achievement. The free themes and the themes unlocked by achievements are not purchases and are unaffected by any of this.
